I have noticed ETrade can be slower...but I'm back with them now. There are just somethings they have, like STOPS, that others don't offer you learn you can't live without. Other brokers, like Scottrade, have certain things like a spread you have to pay on any ticker under $1 that Etrade DOESN'T do which you learn to appreciate as well. Makes that $9.99 not look so bad. ;)
