I'm buying KMAG, how much downside do you think remains and why do you think that? In my opinion, KMAG will soon go up, and not just a little bit. Arna is going up too and here is why:

Your logic will keep you out of both stocks, or at least make you chase them when they go up. How many people enter at the exact bottom and sell at the exact top of an uptrend anyway? Think about it.
