No need to mess with any ECU's to change the air/fuel ratio.
Just introducing H2 gas into the flow mix to the cylinders already accomplishes that because the H2 that is being introduced is displacing some of the volumme of what would have been the original air and fuel mixture. The A/F ratio with H2 has to change compared to the A/F ratio without H2 just becuase of those factors alone.
