That's the funniest part of all... you can't take the word of a smuggler from 350 years ago to make a ruling in a court today... that would just be STUPID wouldn't it?...

Nothing on the manifest, except mention of that poor boy who was executed for a couple of pounds of em's?.... sure doesn't say they stayed on board and sure isn't near the amount found....so, perhaps nothing on the ship.... IF it was there to start with....
