At this point in time. It is more Nokia advantage to settle than IDCC. Nokia share price is suffering. IDCC could settle with strength not weakness. Nobody won't want to buy Nokia shares with all litigations on the books especially lose from ICC verdict. The longer Nokia wait, the more damages to Nokia share.
Actually I think Nokia share would jump with settlement to get all bad news out. Nokia need to learn from IDCC/SNE settlement.
