Keep in mind with the O/S that of the 842 million, around 680 million belongs to insiders,(about half is preferred) and held in a 10B5-1 plan with the broker of record registered with the SEC. Those shares can't be sold for under 8 cents. I believe the float is 112 million shares. On the conference call, VYCO mentioned that they would be finalizing a cap tab that would be shared with investors. Should be getting the info soon and I will post it. Also a large chunk is held by several accredited high net worth investors who came in last year I believe for 7 figure investments. That type of investor is in for the long haul just like the insiders and won't be selling when it goes up a few cents.
