Thanks for that info. Company has used shares to fund operations in the past, no doubt about that as there were no revenues incoming. I called and confirmed there have not been any shares issued since Oct/Nov timeframe so today's selling was not the company.

They just updated their financials for a reason. In time, I believe we will understand why.
