Once again:
I believe the convertible debenture will lead the Co. to have to increase the A/S again...then lead to calling a R/S. Even so, at this price level, I feel the company will prevail in actually bringing revenue contracts to fruition, thus surviving and thriving as a company. It may still take a long while....but at this price, I believe it's worth a shot...eventhough I would hate to see this go into the 1's or subpenny.
