Seems to me this company is all smoke and mirrors, the only actual action that happens is the transfer of stock back and forth between themselves and the announcements of big transactions that in the end almost all if not all seem to be cancelled or reversed in the end, do your research and you will see the corporations involved in the transactions that are cancelled are companies in financial trouble that have ties together by the corporate officers. Example Harvest Hartwell LLC a Michigan based company President Richard Glisky sold land to them in September of 2010 for $ 8,000,000 was in Michigan court (Oakland County Circuit ) for failing to pay loans secured by that property only to have the deal cancelled one year later and have the property returned to Mr Glisky. And look closer a Mr Drew Fezzey a personnel friend of Mr Glisky also has ties to Bibb, Z3 Enterprise, HPEV or whatever name they now go under and he too was involved in a deal that was advertised as an aquisition of Z3 ,to make stock prices rise only to be cancelled at a later time, another is the bottled water company that these two had involvement with ,again deal cancelled later after announcement of aquisition . My opinion major scam, seems like some good old buddy's bailing themselves out of debt at our expense!! Good luck with this company I'm out !!!!!!!!!
