Just got off the phone with Tyler at Circadian Group and he confirmed a few things that might put us at ease:

1. Circadian is not going anywhere..they are in a 12 month contract
2. He confirmed Vern Wilson's delay because of the death of a Professor that he works with.
3. He understands that everyone wants news everyday, but they feel these projects speak for themselves...the geologist is doing the soil samples in TN as we speak and the attorneys are working on title
4. These are 20+ million dollar projects and they are working on them.
5. Conference call will be scheduled when the lease is ready.

My belief is whether you are in at .55 or .15 we will see results here. Patience...
