I agree that processed may have been a bad choice of words, but it does seem like he could have responded with a generic response. "We are working on it." Anything (including "leave me alone") would have been better than no response at all. I gave him my email address. I know he is a busy man, but he could have taken 30 seconds to send a generic email. I believe the 10-k is in the works and I will have to wait like everyone else. Go SNEY!
