"processed" is a relative term. The Audit needs to be compiled and structured then finalized by Marty, then reviewed by Sney, then signed off on by SNEY, then signed off o by DeJoya ( old auditor), then must be Edgardized. Then officially filed. I'm not an accountant, and have never filed a 10k, but that is pretty much my understanding of how many facets of " processed" there has to be before we see it. What stage is it currently at? We will know soon. Because one thing is certain, the 10k is coming.
