I see that trade over on NASDAQ after hours, my Scottrade screen values my account on the down tick still though.

My question is even though it's a fraction of a penny, it's still a down day versus and up day (not withstanding that trade after the bell) so if tomorrow's an up day it's one day instead of 3 in a row.

There must be lots of different types of software and millions of different parameter combonations. If someone had a flag for a stock that had 2 up days it may not count that last trade.
