Sorry for my bi-polar posts. I'm not trying any strategy to get cheaper shares, but when they are so low and a buy will move the pps up, I can't help myself. Some days I'm ready to throw in the towel, but I'm at 13 mil + and still holding,,, and feeling pretty stupid. Hope springs eternal. If I thought anything would help this stock, I would do it. My opinion is they need to reduce the A/S to match the O/S and then do a 1 for 10 R/S, get current, and start talking to folks.
