That's fine, but I don't field complaint calls for SNEY, nor do I " make excuses" for them. I told you where the responsibility lies. Saying this is a pink stock is NOT an excuse it's a FACT. You should have checked on the filing requirements for Pinks prior to buying. That said, SNEY has done more to get current and file audited with the SEC than any pink stock in CE that's 2 years behind I've ever seen, another FACT.
