Your first sentence in the post: "This is a pink stock." in and of itself is an excuse.

Sure it's a pink stock; but supposedly one that is trying to get current, and uplist. I haven't had over aggressive expectations of this company since I first bought into over a yr ago. I am however sick and tired of the ongoing paperwork delays, and yeah I am calling a spade a spade in this regard. They have a problem with getting their paperwork done, end of story.
