Ron, thank you for the realistic response. I too believe that a lot of things need to happen before the company can reach the next level, and they all pretty much revolve around the share structure for me. For example, as I said in my previous post, as it stands now, approximately 97.5% of any buyout price would be allocated to the preferred B holders. That's a very big deal especially when people are investing for the sole purpose of a buyout. Also, you say that ANDI needs to maintain a much higher PPS before a buyout can be entertained. There's a huge problem there too Ron. For example, at a share price of just 0.006 the preferred Bs account for almost 240 MILLION dollars of value. Dude! Does anyone really think that kind of value is sustainable or warranted? The reason that I'm bringing it up is because I really like ANDI as a business, but those preferreds are a massive problem.
