The Kashiwabara name seems to be very prominent in the Samurai society in Japan. Shinji Kashiwabara is the superintendent of the Iwakuni Art Museum, located in Iwakuni. Business interests outside of the museum, through Kashiwabara Token Corp and ICAN Cable television system in Japan, seems to be in Hiroshima and Yamoguchi and other locations outside of Iwakuni, which probably explains ShakeyGuy's refernce to another company providing Iwakuni's wireless services. I attempted to find info about ICAN Cable television system in Japan, but was unsuccessfull.
