Barclay Lyons holds at least 1 Million shares of AGRT. It is run by Todd Violette. He also owns Paradigm Oil,Lighthouse Oil and . Intergrated Oil and Gas. Paradigm had a joint venture with EFIR Firecreek that fell through late last year.
Joshua Brinen of AGRT also works/worked for Lighthouse. Other companies involved with AGRT one way or another are Barclay Road, Mission Energy and Consolidated.
Not one of these companies mentioned has any oil or gas nor are they profitable.
Talk about deception, and some people wonder why the PPS is fluctating so much.
