A tailor doesn't tailor-make a suit unless the customer is buying it. WSGI is tailor-making what suits the Army's (and others') needs with the Argus Hybrid tethered aerostat/free-flight combo.
Won't take long to get it together adding a quick-release mechanism for the tether to hook up to.

They haven't been to a UAV conference in a long time. Now they have reasons to do so, with product to sell. Widening the viewing audience at the conference is a smart move. New connections get made. We grow.
GTC is rolling in record revenues with lots of purchase orders and contracts. How much $ ? We don't know yet 'cause the company is not hyping it. They're straight-laced gonna let us know when filings come due. Playing it conservatively by the book with the SEC. No scamming this time around.
I find you opinion short-sighted (pun intended), and incognizant of the real progress being made by the company.
