As far as I can tell thats been a rumor as deep as many on here. Even in a low volume day, much more was dropped today, only to see less $5 make it green at the end. This wont and hasnt provided the golden cross as seen in a stock that has real technicals to back it. Many respond, but its the same who cant see why $5 wont get the buyers needed, when they will look for them. If at the end of each day this shows the account being up, its those who have liquidated the true millions out when needed, that arent facing why the daily trades have more and more getting out.

I posted my real dd, and I shared weeks ago the Senator will have no affect on the FDA DENYING this application. The laws are set up to not allow this. So much for all those in the FDA know, and I must not know. Now you know. The notice of the letter posted and the link being provided has had 100+ million exit by this point, 5 days later. Some will try and claim anything to the bitter end. But this is, was, and will remain DENIED in the eyes of the FDA. Maybe a new letter campaign to POTUS will save this. But the hype surrounding the Senator, and Andy calling this out with 2/3 of his shareholder letter has had frozen a few to act. But you can see in the daily activity, the sells are mounting from this one date.

There is no back-up plan here. So as many exit, it will leave some to remain. Its how these work, and more so when they have themselves convinced of whats not really taking place. Good Luck to those who hold for these $5 closes.

This one will not end favorably. Believe, or dont, its not my money lost. Remember many said this letter would NEVER COME. Ta da. This isnt new. Its only new to YOU. If a US Senator cant change this, neither will those who want a run and get out.

Maybe PaulK will answer his renewal with BIEL. A PR guy is uused to create awareness and value. Neither has inclined in this contract. But I asked, he popped up, some longs defended, he disappeared. So if BIEL pays again and he needs the job, its not on any increase in his time. But he can sell like the rest on the first set now. And if he gets more, he'll come a knocking then too.
