The most important step you did as a CEO was perform a 1000:1
reverse split where the only ones that benefit are you, your wife, your cousins, your brothers, Harold Mittleman, your brother-in-law Scott Martin and so on.

Fiduciary duties doesn't mean line your pockets and create a non-profit to look good in the mirror, while $20mm of fraud goes unanswered....as long as you get yours Joe!!!
