DEANO apparently made up notes to sell at a discount to the tund of 10mil buck or so.....

Not my opinion,

it;'s fact

Joseph, certainly has his own interests at heart like we ALL DO

however, he is still in the process of fixing and growing this company into a real company, assets, revenues, etc etc etc
