You are dead right. What I don't understand is the apparent lack of action from the major shareholding group who funded early development. This company desperately needs competent and experienced leadership to drive the commercialisation process. The status quo is clearly not an option but noone seems willing to step forward. Ed Marshall needs to step back into a chairman's role only and let the experts either sell out or create a dynamic operating company. More dithering should not be tolerated by shareholders. Glen Balzer alone cannot be expected to sort out this shambles.
