Medizone has been underfunded and understaffed since Ascepticsure became a reality. People finally are beginning to realize the seriousness of these issues. That being said, allow me to offer a couple of possible explanations for the continuous decline of the stock. One big reason could be the recycyling of shares by shareholders who have taken advantage of recent private placement offerings at prices considerably lower than the current market. Why these PPLs weren't done at 40 cents last year is beyond me. The other possible reason I see actually could be good news in disguise. Maybe they are drawing on the Mammoth situation to fund product manufacturing. Whatever the case, the company is very short valuable resources and needs to find a buyer.
