If your "possible" scenarios were shared by more people, I believe the market would price the company higher.

With a history of failure at every endeavor, dilution, insolvency and criminal activity at the top, no one cares about meatless PRs and vague contract announcements. I'm sorry to say that only a very material contract will move the SP materially higher.
