Not looking so good. Seems UCRP entire management resigned last week. Looks like they took their ball and went home (gone private). Now a lonely single management type (chairman of the board) Mr. Chris Pearce at UCRP. Shell status until further notice. Hence the quietness from the last management, as they were already packed up and outta here. I tried calling them but the phone has already been disconnected [phone]. I will be watching this one from here on out, as price drops I may get in and hope the new management doesn't reverse split (although they always do). Why else go public? Sell shares for cash to grow company. Good luck!
