Yep, the attorneys at Susman Godfrey f'ed us by recommending that we give releases. EVERYONE gets a piece of the pie but us. We'll all be dead by the time we get our $0.20/share for commons. What a great legal team! And for those that keep saying equity surviving BK is an incredible feat and that we should be thankful, quit that BS. Where we all stand right now is the same 'ol sh*t as being worthless. I have no confidence that BOD/management will do anything to utilize NOL's on our behalf; maybe for their own benefit. Just stating my opinion and no I will not move on elsewhere.
