The new Kyocera License is limited to cdma2000, because Kyocera has exited the GSM/WCDMA market..$20 Million equals about 20 cents plus after tax earnings above prior guidance..and has some impact on Tantivy vs. Lucent..$50 Million equates to $5 Billion in sales at 1% royalty..
