StormKing Revised Revenue Estimates (6/15/12 Update)

Ok, it is the middle of June and the last month of Quarter 2 2012. This is an update to my last revision to revenue estimates that I posted on i-Hub on June 5, 2012.

After getting more information from the Blogs since June 5 and evaluating daily ranks for the key apps, here are my new set of revenue projections, with key feature being an upwards revision of June 2012 revenues.

This upward revision anticipates about a +25.0% revenue increase YOY compared to Q2 2011, which was $111,479.
It also would indicate about a +7% sequential revenue growth over Q1 2012, which was $130,891.

Note: Highest quarterly revenue was Q1 2011 with $145,509, so this would fall just short. I am not comfortable projecting a beat of that...yet.
Either way, my current estimate represents the Highest Revenue Month EVER (as an App company) for MRNJ/i-Mobilize as it would exceed the $52,861 as reported by MRNJ for January 2011.
That this may occur during non-holiday slower app season, is very clearly an indicator that this company has hit a higher daily/monthly revenue "base".

Argue that I should assume a $2,000+ number per day based on "record revenue " blogs in June days if you like, but I prefer to maintain my estimates and err on the conservative side (April/May could be overestimated by me)and present a worst-case expectation. There are still 15 days left in the quarter, they had a string of record revenue days in the first 10 days of June (i.e > $2,300 per day), RSW has proven its sustainability near the top of the ranks, and Bonetti 20-min and Free Solfeggio Mega-apps have been released. Could be 1-2 more mega apps still in June (ET/GH), so I reserve the right to revise this number yet again:)

With the big jump only impacting one month of this Q2 2012, imagine what doing this "base" for the full 3 months of Q3 would show.
Q3 2011 was only $109,186 by the way...

Now, as for annual projections, last year the company booked $541,720 in revenue (~ $45K per month) and I have expected IMO, about $750,000 (or $62,500 per month) or +40% revenue growth for this year with the assumption of most revenues occurring on the back-end of the year during the holiday season and big projects released and realizing revenues by then.

Now, with $130,891 booked for the first quarter of the year (Q1 2012), or 17% of my full year goal, and an assumption of another $140k for Q2, we would likely be loooking at $271K or 36.1% of my full year projection of 750K by the halfway point. That leaves another $479K or ~ 80k per month needed for the last half to attain "the goal" of $750K.
Attainable...sure. If more multiple in-app purchasing apps do half as well as free RSW, and Echkart Tolle TV subscription app grow far better than Glenn Harrold's UH pace, then yes, I believe they can reach the 750K.
So, again for now, I am opting to leave my 750K estimate unchanged pending more information.

I hope this provides a decent snapshot "template" to establish shareholder's expectations of revenues. Many "surprising" can happen this year as a result of mega apps, and greater company recognition by CONTENT owners over the next few months, so I reserve the right to revise this estimate as the year unfolds.
