They PR'd about a $20 million LOC. but never filed an SEC 8-K to that effect so I'm skeptical that the PR is truthful. Why would any lender on the planet provide a $20 Million LOC to a company that has no collateral and the capital is going to be used in perhaps the riskiest business there is, oil exploration. IMO its just not the least bit plausible.
