EVERYONE MUST READ THIS:
I am pissed about our s/p, just like most of us. I sent Huff an email yesterday that basically said, "Thanx for misleading your investors, and then hanging us out to dry!"
I didn't expect to hear back from him, but here is his response:
Dear Alan,
What have I mislead you on? I give you news as it comes and update you on the progress of the company whether that progress is good or bad, as soon as I am sure, I release it. The share price is not within my control. It amazes me the power that shareholders think I have to control share price. I can’t just push a button and all is fine. I remain very excited about the company. The company has never been in better shape and never has had as much opportunity that it does now. There are those that play our stock and again, out of my control. I recently went to the open market and purchased additional shares for myself and continue to grow my position in GTE. I personally have invested a lot of money and time here and do believe in our future. I do appreciate your comments and concerns about the state of your investment, but again I am doing the best I can to take this company out of the hole it has been in for ten years and make it a company that everyone can be proud of.
