I cannot see how that is possible. 687 M x 68 M shares is 755 M. The AS is 750 M. And that doesn't include the dilution that is still happening even though RTGV claimed it isn't. What have they done now, diluted about 250 M shares since that infamous PR stating no more dilution haha? I mean they diluted over 100 M shares just in the last 45 days! That is freaking crazy.
