Watt's has done such a great job educating me, I'm surprise anyone is still here. Here's a recap:

1)Management has a history of fraud, deception and convictions
2)Company has never "earned" a dime
3)Stock diluted down 500%
4)More dilution coming
5)Beginning of 2012 sales and revenues were expected
6)2012 half over
7)Said shipping product "worldwide."
8)It was 4 prototypes
9)Revolutionary product. No one has bought anything
10) Gave away the farm to Apple. No revenue, regardless of how many product may contain liquid metal alloy.
11)No customers ever, none is sight.
12)Been "testing" KEP for a decade. More testing needed. NDA anyway.
......And this is all from Watt's. Not me. So why is anyone still on this board at all? 2012 was "supppose" to be THE YEAR, according the company's own slide show, yet is nearly OVA! And to survive, LQMT dilutes more, does private financing, and sends shareholders down the drain once again. Wuz UP?! Was good about this company all!?
