Okay, I'll go with that. But LQMT requested 100 million shares, so chances are they will get them. Whether they are restricted or authorized remains to be seen, but if they have them and need the cash, what else would they do besides sell them? Great "confirmation of the rumors" articles posted today, and no reaction. Gonna be a long wait for this one to jump past .35, imo.
