Which is fine...perform. But that is my point. Why get involved in something like this if you are RTGV? Have you seen RTGV's financials? They are a mess. They owe a ton. DC is not doing much in revs this year. They needed a company that was doing $10-$20 M a year in revs and that had cash to do business with. The LAST thing they need is another company that needs money just to survive. How in the heck are they going to pay for any of this? Last I looked RTGV had what, $20,000 in cash and assets and were a million in debt?

This merger was hyped as a major deal that was going to bring major cash to RTGV. Looks to me like RTGV has to give cash to Brand E. This is a total disaster imo.
