The other thing people keep quoting is how much these new "people" like Steve are worth to the company. Question....Apparently those people arent worth much either because if Warren Buffet was in charge of Brand E and had the exact same setup as Brand E does now with the same assets, do you think they could have gotten the company for $250 k? I think not.
