Eagle holding down not have a legal right to drill in Texas. They were associated with energy 2000 inc. which also employees jimmy moreisst. This guy jimmy has several outstanding warrant and cease and sexist orders against him and energy 2000. I spoke to Brian about this yesterday. He says there is no current affiliation but it is a bit of that the address on his financials is the same one listed for energy 2000 with the TRRC.
