quantities of these batteries were available
on the open market for test and evaluation,
but that may be too much to ask in the short
term. Another qualifier would be to see this
battery technology make the grade for use in a
Toyota
or
Honda
hybrid. For now, an accepted data-filled presentation at a
meeting such as the
NASA Battery Workshop
would be a true
first step in the quest for credibility. The entire world is searching
for incremental increases in battery performance at lower cost.

I could never figure out why since we had the patents that we had to hold our technology so close to the vest and not give it out to any one as suggested above for independent testing. The reason IMO was either paranoia or the tech doesn't work. Just my opinion. Below is the Soybean Digest letter that got me excited. Note all the negatives by third parties.
