I am going to cut the Lemon a break on the preferreds. We all know they did not reverse and that it is not unusual in pinkie land for the CEO to have control via preferreds.

Having said that, he should reverse them so that they only equate to 51% of the company, thus ensuring his control. But frankly, I don't think the lemon and his advisors are smart enough to understand this.

Not sure what to make of the Ault thing. Have done any DD on it.

BTW, have we heard anything on the DTC chill thingy? Last I remember, the DTC said to go ask the company. Anyone have any direct contact with the lemon that can ask that question?
