This post is not proof that anything is going forward at all. All it says is that webdigs did its part. The PR says "when the transaction is completed"..this means nothing has been done yet on NXOIs part..its just another BS PR..We all know that NXOI has a track record of rarely living up to their PRs..I would not be excited about anything NXOI releases that say "they plan to expand" or "plan to acquire"..If there isn't an actual acquisition stated then i dont trust it. How does the RS get us to a dollar? In every instance I've seen stocks tank after reverse splits and it hurts the company..and spinoffs arent 1 for 1 or 1 for 4, we would gett some of each is that what you mean?
