The rs is the way to get us to a dollar and spin off the new company.

We have proof now that the spinoff/merge is going forward. This is what I have been waiting for!

OS of webdigs is 65,000 shares. So a spin of of 1 for 4 is very plausible. That equals one share of NXOI you get 4 shares of the new trading symbol. It might be 1 for 10 or 1 for 1 I do not know.

This new company is going to make nxoi money imo. we own 93% of said company. Like I said before Kirbs needs to put a profitable partnership into this new Merging entity. If he accomplishes this then we move much higher. The great part is both companies move higher.
