Do you really believe a small penny such as this one will not issue any more shares trying to build a Facebook killer? Are u kidding me?

they will need to dramatically increase debt or use stock, it is either one or the other, those who believe in whats going on will stay strong those looking to make a quick buck will jump out. Simple as that.

It amazes me how some people think they should be the only one with opportunity to own the stock. If they did not increase O/S how would you have been able to acquire the stock?
