Steipp actually said they needed those additional shares to prevent "a hostile take over?!" LOL! The have no customers, no revenue, no sales...who the heck wants to take over this company? UNLESS something is COMING that will make them ATTRACTIVE! Has anyone even given any thought to the Chutzpah it takes to make a comment like this when you're CEO of a company with this track record?! Either THEY know something is COMING and WE don't, or the guy has huge cajones!! Pick on!
