Methanol, as a fuel source, has been around since 1823. M85 is a great fuel for high performance RACING vehicles. M85 for commercial use was discounted for various reasons. Most notably,

Reduced gas mileage. It takes 1.7 gallons of M85, to travel the same distance as 1 gallon of gasoline.

Fuel storage tanks and dispensing equipment must be corrosion and damage resistant. This is because of the potentially harmful nature of M85 (in the case of spills/leaks), and the fact that it is a corrosive solvent. Fuel delivery requires use of non-corroding hoses and stainless steel fuel tanks.

Although the refueling process is the same as that for gasoline, there is little or no retail refueling available in the US.

But you keep telling yourself USEI has a new product that everyone will want. It's the same thing they did years ago when they were talking about all the orders for their dual fuel system that was going to revolutionize engines. Problem is there were lots of "reports", and no actual product. Much as there is today.
