Ok fine, those are reasonable statements at face value, but if true, what the heck has BIEL and the FDA been doing for the last 3 years with all their meetings and submissions? Having tea and scones? Learning to dance salsa? Your argument assumes it's only *now* that the FDA decide they don't actually know enough about the technology and they should have a meeting about it, despite already denying multiple applications. That they've already had multiple meetings in the past and already made decisions on the applications are facts you seem to be ignoring.
