Where does it say it is being reviewed? WHERE??? All FDA did was sit and listen to BIEL rant; after going through a senator, chief of FDA etc, they probably didn't have much choice. They listened, and that is ALL. Nowhere does the PR say the FDA agreed to reconsider any applications of make any sort of concession whatsoever. NOWHERE.

BIEL saying "they expect a decision" is totally meaningless - they have been using that same or similar phrase for years. Hell, are they still standing next to the fax waiting approval at any moment - or were you not around back then?
