Well, we all would like our holdings of LQMT to grow in value instead of being diluted in value.

The same goes for a plot of real estate.

It's okay to subdivide it as long as you still own all the sub-divisions.

However, we all know that is not the case with a dilutive trigger happy BOD.

Not any of the 5 fold dilution since the KBG up until a few days ago did nothing to actually pay off the company debts. It served only as a cover up for the selling off of all the company assets.

Shareholders in this Company have been the only ones to suffer.

Employees got paid all their salary.
Management was awarded all kinds of extra shares.

Shareholders paid for it all by dilution from management.
