Herborium Group Inc (HBRM)

I see it mentioned here a lot the possibility of us getting 1 share of CHRI for every 1 or 2 or 3 or what ever amount of HBRM we have. Does CHRI even have the A/S available for any kind of deal like that? I still think that current HBRM shareholders will be given more HBRM shares and current CHRI shareholders will receive some ration of HBRM shares to CHRI shares held. Leaving all of us holding HBRM shares. I think the increase in A/S of HBRM was for this exact purpose. Just my humble opinion.
