Oh yes, Charles R Lance aka Randy Lance got caught up in a finance scheme. Ahhhhh, this is just awful. How could the United States of America make such a bad mistake? boo hoo
"Due to Mr. Lances good relationship with Bank of America, when Mr. Lance would deposit a check, the funds were made immediately available". Gee wiz, isn't this how he ended up in Federal Prison the first time? <Ahem> They call this check kiting.
